Almshouse Insurance

In our role as brokers to The Almshouse Association we offer tailor made policies to almshouse charities. These almshouse insurance policies include:

• Property insurance for almshouse buildings and charity’s contents. Non-almshouse residential buildings such as rented property and other buildings such as chapels etc. can be included.

• Charity Trustee Protection, extending to include spouses and retired/former Trustees. Insurance includes loss or damage to important Charity documents and Trustee Fidelity.

• Employee and Third Party Fraud Insurance which includes computer & funds transfer fraud, corporate card fraud and telecommunications fraud. Cover extends to include ex-employees up to 60 days after termination of employment

Almshouse Charities often have other risks that require protection. We are able to provide almshouse charities with advice on all their insurance needs including commercial property, land, estates, residential care and nursing homes, lifts and boilers (including statutory inspection), churches and chapels and multi people vehicle insurance including minibus insurance.
